WrXperts is a family team run by Laura and Marco. We all know each other. We trained each other. And we have the people, the van and the machines to clean big buildings and take on big contracts. We are ready for the work.

Laura is from Bolivia. Marco is from Ecuador. They have lived in the UK for over 25 years and spent most of that time cleaning homes and buildings across London for other people. They speak English and Spanish, which some clients prefer.
In 2020 they started WrXperts so they could run things their way. A family team, trained by them, showing up on time and doing the job properly. Laura takes the booking. Marco leads the work on site.

Founder, runs the bookings
Laura takes every booking, every call and every WhatsApp. She runs the schedule, the invoicing and the relationships with clients. Checkatrade reviews name her often. She is the reason the team turns up on time.
When you call WrXperts, you are not calling a call centre. You are calling Laura. If she cannot answer, she replies on WhatsApp the same day. English or Spanish, whichever suits.
Marco
Leads the work on site
Marco leads the cleaning on site. He trained the team himself and still checks every job. Clients mention him by name for the quality of the work and for being friendly at the door.
He is not a manager in an office. He is the one on the ladder, on the pole, on the carpet rig. When we say streak free, we mean it. The standard holds because he holds it.

Every cleaner on the team was trained in house by Marco. Uniform, shoe covers, same kit, same method. We do not use agency staff and we do not send strangers.
When you book, you get a crew who know the kit and the standard. They turn up on time. They clean the way Marco taught them. Anything they flag gets escalated to Laura the same day.
We are a family team. That is the point. Every cleaner is trained by us, paid by us, and known to us. We grow at the pace of good hires, not fast ones.
