Facilities management
Shared spaces. One contract.
Cleaning contracts for residential blocks, managed buildings and facilities across London. Laura is your single point of contact.
The problem, and how we fix it
Common pain points our customers face, and what we do about them.
Without a pro
Heavy traffic, fast soiling
Dozens of residents and visitors pass through every day. Dirt, scuffs and litter build faster than in any home.
Resident complaints
Dirty hallways are the number one complaint to managing agents. Unhappy tenants mean higher turnover.
Inconsistent cleaning
Rotating cleaners who do not know the building produce patchy work. Areas get missed. Standards drift.
Hygiene in shared spaces
Door handles, lift buttons, handrails and bin stores are high contact points. Without regular sanitising they become health risks.
With WrXperts
Dedicated crew
The same team services your building on every visit. They know the layout, the problem spots and what residents expect.
Scheduled service
Daily, weekly or fortnightly cleans on a fixed schedule. Completion reports reach the managing agent after every visit.
Sanitising as standard
Every high touch surface is sanitised on every visit. Door handles, lift buttons, handrails, intercoms. Not an add on.
Fewer complaints
Clean communal areas reduce resident complaints, improve retention and make the property easier to let.
In every visit
- Hallway and lobby cleaning
- Stairwell and landing mopping
- Lift interior cleaning
- Entrance door and glass cleaning
- Bin store maintenance
- High touch surfaces sanitised
- Hard floor care and carpeted zones
- Light fittings and skirtings dusted
- Completion report after every visit

Common questions
What most people want to know before they book.
Yes. Most of our facilities contracts are with managing agents and RTM companies. We send completion reports, handle invoicing the way you need it and liaise with site managers where it helps.
It depends on the building. Smaller blocks under 10 units often suit a weekly visit. Larger buildings with heavy footfall may want 2 to 3 visits a week, or a daily service.
Yes. We run cleaning contracts for portfolios of residential blocks across London. One point of contact. One set of standards across every site.
Monthly or quarterly deep cleans can be added to any contract. Carpet extraction, window cleaning and bin store pressure washing sit outside the weekly round but fit into the same contract.
